Ticket Exchange

"I've just been scheduled for a business trip
and now I can't use my DSM tickets!"

"I didn't know we had a family reunion the same night as my DSM tickets!"

Have you purchased tickets that, for some reason, you can no longer use? The DSM Ticket Exchange allows you to recoup some of your cost by re-selling your previously purchased, unused tickets to events that have not yet passed. One can also purchase hard-to-find tickets directly from other DSM ticket holders via the ticket exchange.

Click here to view tickets currently available for purchase through Ticket Exchange.

To sell previously purchased, unused tickets, log in at the top of this page or visit
www.dsmsubscriber.com to begin the process.

Who can offer their tickets for sale?
All season ticket holders may offer their tickets for sale, subject to certain exceptions.

How much can I sell my individual performance tickets for?
If a ticket is sold, you will receive 90% of the ticket's Posting Price. The "Posting Price" is an amount that you will be able to set, subject to a minimum and maximum set by the venue. The tickets will then be listed for sale for 110% of the Posting Price. If the tickets are purchased, the buyer will pay that amount plus an authentication and ticketFast® fee.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can post for sale?
There is currently no limit. However, the venue may, from time to time, not allow certain tickets, or certain amounts of tickets, to be posted. The venue reserves the right to make any changes to the selling rules and procedures at any time without prior notice.

How will I receive payment for my sold tickets?
If your tickets are sold, you will receive a credit in your season ticket account that may be used to purchase additional individual performance tickets, or used towards season ticket renewals for next season. For questions please email The Box Office, or call 214.691.7200.

How quickly does this work?
Within minutes, your tickets will be posted on the Dallas Summer Musicals TicketExchange. Tickets will be sent electronically to the ticket buyer via ticketFast®.

Why are certain tickets not available for posting?
Certain events and locations within an event may not be available for you to sell your tickets for various reasons which may include, but are not limited to:
• Date of the event has passed or is too close to post.
• The event (or seats) are not barcoded by the venue management.
• Tickets have not been paid in full.
• Tickets do not meet criteria set by DSM.
• Comp. tickets are not eligible for posting.

Once my tickets have been posted for sale, can I change my mind?
Until your tickets have been ordered by a purchaser, you may cancel or change the details of your posted tickets/items.

Can I change the details of tickets I have already posted for sale?
To change the details of a ticket(s) you have posted for sale, select "update" next to the tickets you'd like to edit. If you would like to change the number of tickets for sale, select "cancel" next to your posting. Then select the tickets that you would like to post for sale.

Is a sale permanent?
Once your tickets have been sold, you have transferred all rights to your seats for the event. Your original tickets will no longer be valid for entry and you will not be eligible for a refund if the event is rescheduled or cancelled. You will not be able to use your tickets once they have been ordered.

What happens if the event is rescheduled or cancelled after the tickets were sold?
Once your tickets have been sold, you have transferred all rights to your seats for the event. If the event has been cancelled or rescheduled, the person who bought your tickets may be eligible for a refund. The venue's normal policies for rescheduling and cancellations apply.Tickets for events that have already occured, or tickets that do not have barcodes or are designated ineligible by the DSM, may not be valid for posting on the Dallas Summer Musicals TicketExchange.
